Position: E-Business, Marketing Specialist
Location: U.S. Remote (Must live Mid-west or East Coast)
Position Overview
As an E-Business, Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online retail strategy for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms
· Ensure the seamless functionality of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
· Develop and manage product attributes to drive quality online listings
· New item set-up and maintenance on all of our e-commerce platforms (armacostlighting.com, Amazon.com Vendor Central, Home Depot Supplier Hub, etc.)
· Building new landing pages on the client's site
· Website product maintenance
Customer Experience Enhancement:
· Work on improving the overall user experience on the e-commerce platforms
· Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Analytics and Reporting:
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance
· Generate reports and provide insights to optimize the online shopping experience and increase sales.
· Complete competitive analysis on how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market
· Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements
· Communicate weekly with operations to ensure adequate in-stock levels
Promotion:
· Support Trojan Lithium promotion, paid search, and display advertising
· Work within the e-commerce platform and optimize the pages for search (SEO)
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
· Proven track record of driving sales growth through digital channels
· Digital advertising and promotion experience, 2 years preferred
· Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems
· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM
· Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
· Effective communication and collaboration skills
