Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the enhancement of outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:
Hands-On Maintenance: Engage in a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, pruning, planting, and other general maintenance activities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure seamless project execution and the delivery of top-notch services.
Bilingual Communication: Utilize your language skills to facilitate clear communication within the team, enhancing efficiency and teamwork.
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Energetic and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
