- Discover customer needs and suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner in accordance with the Duty Rosters and cleaning standards.
- Performs equipment maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance checklist.
- Prepares a variety of customer beverages orders.
- Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.
- Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
- Follows cash handling procedures and register policies.
- Must meet minimum age requirements.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing Initial Store Training and passing barista certification with a score of 90% or better.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Barista / Food Service experience preferred
