Job Description:
As an Audio DSP Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing real-time audio processing algorithms and solutions for our customers and their end clients. You'll collaborate closely with our programming, engineering, and design teams to ensure high-quality, optimized audio performance across diverse platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, and optimize audio DSP algorithms for real-time audio processing.
- Implement audio signal processing, filtering, effects, and spatialization techniques.
- Work closely with the engineering team to integrate DSP solutions into various hardware and software platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience and high-quality audio output.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization to meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update existing audio DSP codebase as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in audio processing.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Willing to take on project management duties. Some of these projects will be DSP only projects.
- Willing to assist in developing DSP standards for the department.
- Willingly undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization to contribute to the overall success of the team and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills with experience in real-time audio processing.
- Proficiency in digital signal processing algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with audio software and hardware development
- Knowledge of audio codecs, audio synthesis, and digital filter design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with audio hardware interfaces and protocols
- Familiarity with embedded systems and audio DSP chipsets.
- Prior experience working in the audio/music industry.
- Proficiency in multiple DSP platforms.
