Full-time positions currently available:
- The schedule provides an average of 203 days off a year with just a 3-day work week.
- This schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm.
- Not scheduled weekends, however if you pick up hours in the home, you receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours.
Wage: Starts at $17.50 per hour with the premium pay of $26.25 per hour for weekend hours.
- Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in Behavioral Health Setting, up to 19.00 per hour to start.
- Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.
This is a great opportunity to have an impact on someone's life and build your career supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities; the position will start in the client's home and then assist them in Supported Employment within the community.
Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent, is required, with Bachelors in related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license,
- Applicants must qualify as an approved driver; use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement applies), with minimum insurance requirements of $ 25,000.00 bodily injury liability (found on Declarations page of your policy).
- Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
Includes Insurance Package and PTO.
