These are the people who wake our residents up, help them get ready for their day, provide fun and meaningful program activities, assist in cooking and eating healthy meals, and tuck them in at night. Believe It: You can have almost any work schedule or work environment—you choose! You can combine one job with another. You will be working in people’s home giving them the support they need to have a great day, every day. This could be a home for up to 6 adults or a person who lives in their own home. All the homes are in North San Diego County.

Unbelievable: If you work in a supported living home (working with one person) you will earn $22/hr for part time work or $20/hr plus great benefits for full time work. If you work in a Group Home where other staff are there to assist, you will earn $18/hr (plus the same great benefits for full time). Our homes are beautiful and welcoming, not institutional. We have lots of opportunity for advancement and will help you build a career if you are interested.

Here are all your options: Morning shift; Late afternoon/early evening shift; Overnight shift (either awake overnight or asleep overnight); Weekend shift (usually a full 8 hours but we are flexible).

We would love it if you:

Highschool diploma/ GED is desirable.

Related experience preferred but not required. We will pay you to train!

Criminal background check required.

Acceptable Driving History.

Must have personal mode of transportation.

Entry level positions available.

Locations: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, and San Marcos.

Ability to obtain a Class B driver’s license (paid for by TERI)
