Position Type: 30 hours per week

Overview:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive support to individuals with diverse needs in various locations. Your role will involve assisting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive environment tailored to each individual's requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with Daily Living Activities:

- Provide light cleaning and laundry services as needed.

- Support clients with meal preparation and offer reminders to ensure regular and nutritious eating habits.

2. Community Accompaniment:

- Accompany clients to community outings, including grocery shopping and running errands, ensuring their safety and facilitating engagement with the environment.

3. Paperwork Assistance:

- Aid clients in completing necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

4. Independent Living Skills Support:

- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in developing and enhancing independent living skills, tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Client Specific Details:

Minneapolis (30 hours/week - ICLS - Female Client):

- Work with the female client for 30 hours per week, dividing the time into morning and afternoon sessions to provide comprehensive support for Independent Community Living Skills (ICLS).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
