Job Title: DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and constant redirection for a male adult with high behavior autism

- Ensure the client follows their routine and assist with day-to-day activities

- Promote a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

- Patience and understanding in working with individuals with high behavior autism

- Ability to redirect and maintain routine consistently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Potential for advancement within the company as a lead in the program

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
