Form of workHigh energy, multiple Doctor, dental office; seeking a qualified, professional, and motivated dental appointment coordinator who can take over administrative tasks involved with coordinating patient and dentist schedules. Responsibilities will include; answering a multi-line phones with a smile, keeping the schedule full, greeting patients, and checking patients out, confirming insurance eligibility and benefits, reviewing treatment costs, collecting and so much more.
We are looking for a mature team-oriented individual who is outgoing with good communication skills, who has the ability to multi task with high attention to detail.
Education/Experience: High school graduate or equivalent plus two years clerical experience, six months of which must be in a medical office setting. Ability to function independently in a clinical setting. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of dental terminology would be helpful.
