```Duties```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Follow individual care plans and document any changes or concerns
- Promote and uphold resident rights and dignity
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
```Requirements```
-SPANISH Speaker (Bilingual)
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility needs
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining dignity
- Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
