Alpha Delivery Group is an Ali Express, Temu Independent Service Partner looking for dependable, enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages throughout Garland, Plano and surrounding areas. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door safely and on-time. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities.

Bring your own vehicle! Be your own Boss! Make Money! More packages you deliver, more money you make!!!

You must use your own vehicle to complete deliveries. No company vehicle provided.

Shifts range between 4-8 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The driver’s main objective is: Safe, Accurate & On-Time Deliveries
• Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the above-mentioned goal is always met
• Safely drive and operate vehicle at all times and obey all traffic laws
• Always interact in a positive and professional manner while delivering packages to customers’ homes and businesses
• Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request or concern
• Use hand held device for routing information to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and great service to our customers.
• Show up to work on time with a can-do attitude
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift, push, pull packages up to 20 lbs. each
• Able to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and downstairs through your shift

Compensation

• Up to $1.50 per package delivered
• Be your own Boss
• More you deliver, more you make
• Weekly pay

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
• Flexible work schedule. Available to work weekends and Holidays
