Description: Provides hands-on person centered support to people with varying degrees of mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
Available Schedules:
Mornings -
1. Monday - Wednesday 8am-3pm, every other weekend 8am-10m.
2. Monday, Thursday, Friday 8am-3pm, every other weekend 8am-10pm
3. Monday - Wednesday 8am-3pm, every other weekend 8am-10pm.
Evenings -
1. Monday - Friday 3pm-10pm, every other weekend 8am-3pm.
2. Thursday 8am-10pm, Friday 7am-10pm, every other Sunday 8am-3pm.
3. Every other weekend 8am-10pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct care to person-served
- Monitors and maintains safety and health of individuals
- Interacts with individuals receiving services
- Administers medication
- Maintains home and needs of client by cooking, cleaning, etc.
- De-escalate interfering behavior
- Participates in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals
- Shares behavioral, health, and program concerns with supervisor
- Support personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting
