Coordinate all components of Distribution Sales Strategies (DSS) programs including scheduling and execution of projects/events. Responsible for overall calendar management for DSS. Also provide administrative support to assigned leadership including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc.

What you do:

Support all components of DSS initiatives that foster and increase sales with a specific focus on the virtual and in person execution of DSS initiatives/events.

Be coordinator of DSS projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities, manage project documentation and ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate and anticipate potential breakdowns in any existing process. You will recommend and implement improvements to the process. Collaborate with other teammates, creation/updates to procedures & sharing best practice ideas to benefit the team.

Maintain DSS calendar and manage travel arrangements; Miscellaneous support activities for DSS head.

Research and obtain information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments.
