SalaryOur client is a top industry well established Commercial Drywall/Interiors Contractor located near Bonita Springs, FL who is looking confidentially for a sharp Mid to Senior Drywall Estimator to join their team.
Compensation includes up to $110,000+ base salary to start (based on experience), performance bonus, full employee medical coverage, paid vacation, vision, pto, dental, Relocation Assistance, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.
This company specializes in commercial, highrise office and condos, assisted living and retail, projects averaging $1 million to $3 million up to $10 million.
Experience bidding with OST and Quickbid commercial new or renovation projects for Drywall, metal stud of all sizes and complexities is a plus.

*Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary.
*Must be well versed in excel, word and e-mail communication.
*Efficiency in reading and understanding blue
prints is needed.
Should have 5-20 years’ experience as an Estimator in the commercial drywall industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Mid to Senior Estimator will be responsible for accurately, effectively and timely submitting pricing proposals for commercial construction projects.
