Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain assigned areas, including hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Restock supplies in rooms and public areas - Handle and launder linens and towels - Empty trash and dispose of waste properly - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Provide excellent Customer Service to guests - Assist with any additional cleaning duties as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment operation - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent Customer Service skills - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
