Job Title: Client Service & Lab Technician
Location: Boise, Idaho

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Client Service & Lab Technician who is passionate about delivering superior customer experiences and proficient lab operations. Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • High level of personal and professional accountability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clean background check.
Responsibilities:
  • Complete training to become proficient as a lab technician- conducting primarily urine, hair, and mouth swab tests, including occasional observed urine tests.
  • Manage lab operations independently after training.
  • Answer the phone and convert calls into customers.
  • Actively seek referrals from current clients and customer reviews.
  • Utilize computer systems for client management, track tests and other activities, and scheduling appointments.
  • Inventory management.
  • Prepare to supervise additional staff as the business expands.
  • Work hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday in the lab.
  • Conduct after-hours off-site testing within the Treasure Valley as needed.
