The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities*
- Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
- Engage with potential sellers to determine their needs, explain our processes, and answer any questions they may have
- Promote the Driveway brand and experience to our clientele to earn their business long-term
- Maintain client records to ensure data is up to date and accurate for each transaction
- Collect and analyze client documents to verify ownership
- Provide an exemplary customer service experience to our clients
- Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
- Maintain activity log
