Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/Crew Member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the Landscape Maintenance crew at each job site.

Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
- Performing daily vehicle inspections
- Working as a member of the Landscape Maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general Landscape Maintenance duties
- Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
- Moving soil, equipment, and materials
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills:
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
- Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
- Landscaping experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
- Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
