Moving Crew Member/Driver

Coastal Van Lines, are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers/Drivers to join our team. As a Mover/Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients' belongings. Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and other items from origin to destination
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed
• Securely pack items in the moving truck to prevent damage during transportation
• Operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated moves
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and handling their possessions with care
• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices throughout the moving process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and at job sites

Requirements:

• Physically capable of lifting heavy items and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• DOT Preferred
• Customer-focused attitude and a friendly demeanor
• Previous moving experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates
• Cross Industry experience
• Valid driver's license in Driver Position
• Clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Lives no more than 30 minutes away

Schedule:

• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Full-time positions available
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekend work

Pay Range & Benefits:

• Drivers: $20.00-$25.00/hr + Tips
• Movers: $15.00-$20.00/hr + Tips
• 3% simple IRA matching
• Monthly incentives based on performance and reviews on job satisfaction and performance, paid holidays/vacation
