SalaryAbout the Role: This is a Part time morning M-F position* in the Brockton area.
Our company is growing, and we believe that our team is the key to our success! We are looking to expand our team of Meals on Wheels drivers to package and deliver meals to our clients in Brockton and its surrounding neighborhoods.

Essential Functions:
- Utilize a color-coded system to package meals based on different dietary requirements
- Utilize the company car to delivery Meals on assigned route
- Notify supervisor if a client does not answer the door
- Provide coverage for additional routes as required
- Assist Meal Site Managers as directed
- Complete necessary paperwork/documentation
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Vitra reflecting our vision, mission, and values
- Show a genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve and commitment to the diversity of our clients and team members
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to read maps or GPS system and follow a route
- Must maintain a working smartphone with cellular data access in order to utilize GPS system and other required systems
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and climb stairs multiple times per day
- Must be able to understand a color-coded system for meal identification
- Previous experience in the direct care of elders or adults with disabilities preferred
- Ability to interact positively and with sensitivity to the needs of others
- Must be punctual, honest and dependable.
- Bilingual a plus Cape Verdean Creole
