$80,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Meet with residential customers to discuss and offer solutions for sewer and drain issues.
• Build strong relationships with new customers by providing detailed information about services and costs.
• Create accurate sales proposals.
• Negotiate and close transactions.
• Represent Barker and Sons in a positive manner and generate referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
• Exceed ambitious sales targets.

• Must have at least 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in-home services.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking, and follow-up skills are required.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals is a must.
• Financial acumen and the ability to evaluate job profitability are necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals are preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems is considered a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Neat and clean-cut appearance is expected.
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug test is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
