Rise Media is a leading provider of real estate marketing in the North East. We are looking for a reliable highly skilled & capable draftsperson/ floor-planner with an exceptional eye for detail to join our growing freelance team as we continue to expand into Massachusetts.
You'll will be contracted with property appointments in and around Boston, Cambridge and Somerville, with some of the areas top agencies and brokers to take detailed and highly accurate measurements of their properties and deliver a completed hand drawn plan in a timely manner to our customer service team. Exceptional customer service and "can do" attitude a must.
NOTE: This is not a CAD deliverable. You will not be completing the finished product. The service we are looking for is limited to a scaled, hand drawn floor plan sketch. Scans from various floor-plan applications will be considered, but laser measurements preferred.
Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree in architecture or drafting. B.A. in Architecture or technical school graduate a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 year work experience in architectural setting or equivalent.
- Proficiency with laser measurement tool and on-site scaled hand drafting.
- Ability to observe, evaluate and document existing site conditions and draft floor plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Sample portfolio required

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
