Responsibilities:
- Learn the in's and out's to becoming efficient at sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through account management techniques
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize technical knowledge to effectively communicate service features and benefits to customers
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Technical sales experience is a bonus
