Job Description and Requirements:

• Join our enthusiastic team of door-to-Door Sales professionals who are passionate about making sales and having fun.
• Your role involves knocking on doors, following the company-provided pitch/conversation, assessing customer dissatisfaction with their current internet service, and helping them select the right fiber internet plan.
• The feedback at the door is overwhelmingly positive because many people have only had ONE option for internet until now.
• On average, we help people SAVE MONEY while giving them a BETTER SPEED of internet. It's a no brainer for every person that is eligible for fiber internet.
• Sales Representatives are provided with qualified leads through Sales Rabbit.
• Engage in team chat for daily communication, questions, answers, and support, and take advantage of weekly incentives.
• Enjoy flexible working hours, with a recommended minimum of 3 hours of door-knocking per day, but high-performing individuals are welcome to knock as much as they like.
• You can work alone or with a teammate.
• Top performers receive more leads, opportunities, and promotions.
• Occasional optional road trips to other AT&T Fiber markets provide the chance for Airbnb stays, one-week getaways, market expansion, and significant earning potential.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and practice the pitch/approach, which significantly increases your chances of success.
• Dedication to improving your skills and personal growth; while door-to-Door Sales isn't easy, the right mindset and training can make it a lucrative opportunity.
• Access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop (iPad works well).
• Reliable transportation to and from your assigned neighborhood, with carpooling options available.
• Clean background check and negative drug test (except for marijuana).

Commissions:

• Earn between $175-250 per sale, with weekly volume incentives
• Opportunity for pay increase after reaching a sales threshold.
• With practice and mastery of the pitch, expect around 1 sale per hour initially.
• Sky's the limit as you become proficient.
