As a field canvasser, you will generate qualified leads for the sales team. This position is a door-to-Door Sales position. ENRGSPACE goal is to create a career path to become an in-home closer and eventually a sales manager.
The job is 100% commission based. First-year, full-time team members average $75k - $125k. Second-year full-time team members usually average $125k - $250K. Top closers and leading sales managers' annual commissions can be upwards of 7 figures per year.
Responsibilities:
- Represent ENRGSPACE professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
- Offer exceptional, high-quality customer experience through all interactions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
- All sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process, placement based on experience and up to managers' discretion
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and self-motivated
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Able to perform with minimal supervision
- Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
- Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
- Ability to work outside in varying climates.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred)
- Experience in the following industries is a perk but not mandatory:
Home security sales
Satellite TV sales
Pest Control sales
Home Automation/Smarthome sales
Direct sales
Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience
