Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Recruiter is to find, recruit, and train top-tier solar sales persons. If they are not top-tier now, your job is to get them there. You will have access to D2D University as a basis for your training, but you are allowed creative liberty to train the sales force as you deem necessary with the ever-changing market. Your position includes coordinating recruiting efforts with the other recruiters, Lifetime Energy's CEO and Lifetime's Director of Operations to develop a strong, positive culture for the ever-growing salesforce of Lifetime Energy LLC. Part of this includes running training meetings, helping guys in-home, and designing and executing incentive programs.
How and where you recruit will mostly be up to you to determine and creativity is strongly encouraged. If you are looking for the opportunity to grow a business and increase your leadership skills through practice and training, this position is for you.
Lifetime Energy upholds the highest moral and ethical standards and it is your job to help your reps do the same. You will coordinate directly with the Director of Operations to ensure that solutions to customer feedback, where sales personnel are concerned, are implemented into sales training and sales processes. If you find sales representatives that are reluctant to perform accordingly, you should have a discussion with them as to why and then report back to the CEO or Director of Operations to discuss, if necessary, a disciplinary plan for said independent contractor.

Your Work Experience
- REQUIRED: 1 year minimum selling photovoltaic systems OR 2 years minimum selling in the door-to-door industry.
- Previous experience recruiting is preferred.
- People skills are a must.
Tools Provided to you
- A company provided conference room where you may conduct interviews and training sessions.
- Recruiting budget of $1,000.00 per month (specifically for software subscriptions like Indeed and JazzHR).
- D2D University.
