Job Description
We are an established company, recognized as a top manufacturer of Windows and Doors. We're looking for a Sales Rep to focus on Home Builders in the Northern Iowa and Southwestern Wisconsin market. As a Home Builder Sales Rep, you will bring your experience managing and growing home builder accounts to drive sales. Candidates who live within the Northern Iowa/Southwestern Wisconsin area will work remotely, with extensive local travel and up to 5 overnights per month.
Home Builder Sales Rep Benefits
- Earn commissions on your sales, with first-year potential of $75k-plus
- UNCAPPED commission

Home Builder Sales Rep Qualifications
- Must live within the territory
- Minimum of 5 years experience in home building sales is required
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
Home Builder Sales Rep Responsibilities
- Grow window and door sales with home builders within assigned territory
- Travel within region to support current and new customers
- Prospect for new clients
- Support customers through the sales cycle, including post-sales activities
