Position Summary:
The Philanthropy department Donor Relations Specialist will provide Raiser’s Edge support to help increase the fundraising and marketing effectiveness of St. Philips School & Community Center. This position is responsible for managing the donor database system for the agency, Raiser’s Edge, and will be trained if unfamiliar with system.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of professional administrative experience.
- Experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee reporting tools and capabilities in Raiser’s Edge
- Prepare accurate statistical reports to track fundraising performance that serve as management tools
- Update and input historical donor data and newly acquired donor data in the current constituent relationship management software.
- Perform data extraction for donor lead generation with other Philanthropy staff
- Participate in discussions related to major fundraising planning with annual giving, major gifts, principal gifts, volunteer services, etc.
- Provide regular reports that help leadership to proactively conduct and interpret data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Serve as a liaison to the Finance and Administration department as related to constituent and gift data entry and batch integrity, along with Sr. Director of Philanthropy.
- Prepare all acknowledgment letters for gifts of time, cash and in-kind support
- Capture new data and oversee the process of importing new data in our current database system.
