Donor Data and Support Manager

This is a wonderful opportunity to support One805 a business oriented non-profit that provides Equipment and Mental Health Needs for all of Santa Barbara County’s dedicated First Responders.

We are looking a positive, proactive person who wants to assist this volunteer non-profit board and help us to make a difference supporting this important mission

Qualifications

• Professional experience in nonprofit development and database administration
• Ability to use Donor Database software.
• Proficiency in MS, G suite or other collaboration tools
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to take initiative and do what it takes to get the job done
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff
• NDA required

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest data integrity while working cross-departmentally to ensure all data is complete, accurate, and able to inform fundraising and marketing strategies
• Assist in the planning and execution of event and fundraising campaigns by preparing segmented lists, tracking solicitation plans, and researching and maintaining viable profiles with a broad level of accurate donor information
• Complete gift processing from start to finish, including gift entry, tracking, acknowledgements, and linking documents to record(s) to track donor intent
• Execute timely individual and group communications to donors, target audiences, etc.
• Be available to donors to answer questions, provide tax documents etc.
• Maintain up-to-date constituent records while ensuring that addresses, contacts, salutations
• Execute wealth search analytics project focused on generating new donors for One805

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.28 - $26.28 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Santa Barbara, CA 93105
