Responsibilities (DON) Director of Nursing:

· Ensure residents care is above excellence and safe.

· Provides leadership to the nursing staff to assure that the highest quality care is provided.

· Responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination and direction of Nursing and patient care for facility.

Qualifications (DON)_ Director of Nursing_:

• RN License in MD
• RN experience in LTC/SNF required.
