Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a Domain Architect - Telco OSS Expert in Next-Generation Networks to join their business in Spain.

Job Description:

• As the Domain Architect - Telco OSS Expert in Next-Generation Networks , you will be a pivotal player in defining the architectural vision and strategy for our telecommunications network operations. 
  

• Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement state-of-the-art OSS solutions that enable the seamless management of next-generation networks.
  

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in defining the architectural strategy for our Telecom OSS domain, with a specific focus on next-generation networks.
  

• OSS Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge and experience in OSS systems to design and implement scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions for next-gen networks.
  

• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end OSS solutions that optimize network management, performance, security, and compliance.
  

• Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure our OSS architecture remains innovative and competitive in the era of next-gen networks.
  

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with network engineering teams, IT professionals, and external partners to understand their requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
  

• Standards and Best Practices: Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes to maintain the integrity and consistency of our OSS Domain Architecture.
  

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the architecture and develop mitigation strategies to ensure reliable and resilient network operations.
  

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the OSS Domain Architecture, including design decisions, configurations, and implementation details.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on BSS and OSS architecture.
  

• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable telecommunications solutions.
  

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Online, BSS and OSS, cloud technologies, security, performance and technology solutions like Microservices.
  

• Ability to draw up the e2e Enterprise architecture for a large TelCo ensuring compliance to both functional and non-functional requirements.
  

• Good understanding of online capabilities and fulfillment channels.
  

• Good understanding of core TelCo products and the trends in the TelCo industry .
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
