that Enables Dogs to Positively Change Our World. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and experienced District Manager to oversee 7-10 locations in
and around Georgia and Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is committed to excellence, loves pets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary: The District Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our stores, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth,
and delivering top-notch customer service. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in multi-unit retail management, an affinity for pets,
and a proven track record of driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution:
- Implement and refine the regional business strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Partner with Store General Managers to ensure the successful execution of the business plan, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and operational consistency.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.
- Auditing checklists and operational standards to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough monthly financial reviews, managing budgets and optimizing expenses.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, leading by example.
- Manage staffing requirements, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Customer Experience:
- Uphold exceptional standards for customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive shopping experience.
- Actively manage and improve customer satisfaction metrics, aiming for excellence in every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing 5+ retail locations, with a minimum of 3 years as a District Manager or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability in driving sales growth and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine love for pets.
