**Requirements:**
- A positive and eager-to-learn attitude is more important than prior experience in dog training.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Nashville Metro area.
- Hiring for multiple locations in the Metro area

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with The Dog Wizard team to deliver training programs to our high standards.
- Identify and solve problems effectively.
- Conduct training sessions, including group classes, private lessons, and board & train services.
- Regularly update clients on their pet's progress through various communication channels.
- Provide ongoing support to clients.
- Engage in community activities to build brand awareness and maintain client relationships.
- Commit to enhancing our reputation through customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Efficiently communicate client and dog training needs within the team.
- Training programs range from basic obedience to behavior modification for aggressive or highly reactive dogs.

**Experience:**
- No prior dog training experience is necessary; training will be provided at The Dog Wizard Academy.
- Mandatory completion of online training followed by 2 weeks of hands-on training.
