Dogtopia, the industry leader in Dog Daycare, overnight, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, customer service and solutions-minded individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant. The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups! This is a high energy, active position where you will spend much of your day on your feet. This person should love dogs, and upon successful completion of training, you can bring your dog to work with you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRONT DESK:
- Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude!
- Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone, in person, via text and email
- Manage all transactions, scheduling and paperwork
- Manage all customer check-in/check-out (daycare, boarding, spa)
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and Front Desk, as well as general ambiance of entire daycare
- Be knowledgeable on all services and pricing; share information about our daycare enrollment with Pet Parents
- Create and maintain digital customer files daily
- Be trained and available to help with dog-focused duties elsewhere in the daycare
- Establish Dogtopia as the gold standard in striving for the highest possible customer satisfaction ratings with every single interaction
