Document Warehouse/Driver

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Moves pallets/crates between buildings as requested
• Dispose of empty pallets from Docks every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Work directly with DCT Manager to develop project-specific task for each new client SOW
• Meet established quality and productivity goals
• Work with BPO Operations Manager to maintain Recycle Schedule including scheduling outside vendor services
• Drive company van to various locations throughout the assigned area
• Handle all materials received in the Mail Area (receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.)
• Pick up and drop off packages to various client locations
• Pick up and drop off mail and packages at the Post Office
• Distribute mail and Courier packages to DCT Technicians
• Pickup outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations
• Ability to sort items into categories according to established methods
• Enter activity data in logs, maintain records
• Delivers between buildings and destinations according to a pre-determined schedule
• Other Duties as assigned by the Manager or Lead

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Five plus years' of industry-related experience preferred
• DOT Physical
• Must have a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must be able to drive, load and unload as well as back up to a dock a 26' truck
• 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of using UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping methods
• Excellent customer service skills; must possess a 'can do' attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed
• Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative
• Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 50 pounds.
• Effective time management to balance day-to-day tasks against short and long-term project deliverables
• Requires - out of down pickups and deliveries, some overnights are required.
