Job Description
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming mail and other communications and distribute accordingly.
- Scan incoming mail requests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and communicate FOIA status.
- Maintain accurate case files and status in customer provided software.
- Arrange meeting logistics
- Ensure accurate record keeping
- Conduct relevant research and analysis
- Provide general support as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to do repetitive tasks while remaining prepared to take on auxiliary duties on short notice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently under general guidance
- Basic understanding of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
- Willingness to learn and invest in self-development
- Demonstrated ability to produce consistently high-quality work under fluid conditions
- Strong organizational, clerical and customer service skills
- Organized and team-oriented
- Attention to detail
