Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified Document Review Attorney to assist our team in preparation for an upcoming trial. This position requires acute attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a strong understanding of legal proceedings. The primary responsibility will be to scrutinize a wide range of legal documents for relevancy and privilege and to identify other potential issues that may arise during the trial. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a complex high-profile litigation case.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze a high volume of legal documents to determine their pertinence to the upcoming trial.
2. Identify and interpret relevant information within these documents to construct a detailed case analysis.
3. Collaborate closely with the litigation team to share key findings and insights from the Document Review process.
4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
5. Develop a deep understanding of the case fact pattern and proactively search for information essential to the litigation strategy.
6. Ensure all documents are properly coded into the case management software for easy access and retrieval.
7. Assist in preparing the trial team with summaries of important documents and deposition transcripts.

- Experience with e-discovery

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
