Document Control Coordinator/It Associate

The IT Associate/Document Control Coordinator will work under the direction of the IT Manager. This position will serve as support for G&L Tube’s IT support and Document Control services.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate moving the current intranet site to Sharepoint online to include the following:
• Maintain contracts and facilitate renewals
• Provide onsite technical/help desk support as needed
• Some work requires moving and lifting of computer equipment up to 25lbs and/or visiting the production floor requiring PPE.

• Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with internal or external personnel
• Good troubleshooting abilities when working on complex issues
• Excellent customer service skills when communicating across a wide range of technical levels
• Ability to use good judgment and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work cross-functionally; Works well independently but also as a team
• Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Automate
• Previous experience in Document Control
• ISO 9100 experience is preferred

Education and Experience:**

Bachelor Degree preferred; minimum of an Associate degree or higher in business management, computer science, MIS or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related role is preferred.
