JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new programs
2. Able to follow directions completely
3. Fluent in (a) Microsoft Word (b) Excel (c) Adobe Acrobat
4. Applicant MUST be a team player and able to work well with different personalities in a
small office environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Works under the supervision of a Legal Assistant to perform clerical duties
2. Scanning
3. Filing
4. Labelling of computer files
5. Physical and Digital Tracking of Documents
6. Telephone and written correspondence with clients and court
7. Other clerical tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
