The Program Manager works with the Director to leverage communication tools to promote the program and communicate it to prospective students. This position maintains project status for program students and coordinates faculty schedules and assignments.

• Coordinate, maintain and track all candidacy requirements and processes for current students.
• Work closely with students in their Doctor of Ministry Project process.
• Facilitate student progress with the Records and Admissions offices.
• Assist Director with managing the operating budget for the program.
• Host thrice annual Doctor of Ministry course weeks providing hospitality for students attending courses in person.
• Work closely with the Director and Human Resources to communicate and manage adjunct placement and hire
• Duties as assigned by Director
• Organize and coordinate general functions for the office.

• Supportive of Trinity’s mission and core values, commitment to a Christian lifestyle, and demonstration of character in keeping with biblical models.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience using MS Office, Windows, Google Docs, Google Hangouts, etc.
• Ability to bring creativity and a professional appearance to all communication and teaching materials in the office
• Strong relational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of faculty, staff, administration, church leaders and para-church organizations.
• Project management experience for a complex environment.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.

Reports directly to the Program Director.
