```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team responsible for customers in southern and southwestern Wisconsin. Compensation isa combination of salary and commission.

```Responsibilities:```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Build a strong technical knowledge base relating to products, techniques and technology related to overhead lifting and specialty material handling.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in industrial sales, with overhead crane experience a plus.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management techniques and tools
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives
- Track record of success in achieving profit loss targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

```Skills:```
- Sales expertise with a focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
