We are seeking a District Managers/ Area Directors/ Multi Unit Managers to join our Fast Casual teams in the West and Southwestern suburbs! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience while also overseeing 4-5 total stores/ restaurants.
Fantastic work/ life balance. No Late Nights! All stores close at 9pm every day.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all Management teams and FOH and BOH activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve company/ employee issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Oversee training, hiring, scheduling and managing people and profits
- Reports to owner/ CEO of company
- Adhere to all company standards and policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Director of Operations, Multi Unit, Area Director, or equivalent
- Background in Restaurants or Fast Food/ QSR preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
