Experienced Fast Casual Restaurant District Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The District Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, sales, profit loss management, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned areas. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results. Duties: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth - Supervise and manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance - Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective sales strategies - Oversee the financial performance of each location, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses - Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes across all stores - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development Experience: - Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in a retail or multi-unit environment - Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth - Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team of store managers - Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for driving business success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
