They are currently seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee their expanding portfolio.
Required Skills
- Multi-Unit Operations Experience: Minimum of 6 years in multi-unit operations, preferably in retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operations with a track record of managing 10+ stores.
- Leadership and Talent Development: A strong passion for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Financial Management: Experience in managing controllable expenses and overall expense management.
- Longevity: Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous positions.
Nice-To-Haves
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Essential Duties
- Financial Oversight: Manage rental rates, discounts, and other income sources while controlling expenses for optimal ROI.
- Operational Audits: Conduct regular audits, report findings, and ensure necessary follow-up actions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize management information tools to analyze financial reports and address district performance trends and issues.
- Strategy and Resource Management: Develop district-level strategies and utilize external resources to support operations and initiatives.
Other Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years of multi-unit operations experience in relevant sectors.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on integrity, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
