This position is remotely based. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Understand how we process distributor purchase data, from beginning to end, to help escalate distributor reporting issues to the correct brands and sales teams.
- Help to maintain distributor reporting requirements, contact information, and other information in Salesforce. Facilitating Salesforce projects as it relates to distributor records when needed.
- Provide visibility into data acquisition escalations and upward communication of bottlenecks, opportunities, progress, and resolution of those escalations.
- Advise and direct the different brands on data acquisition from distributors based on distributor criteria and reporting requirements. Work to find alternative data acquisition strategy when direct reporting is not available.
- Have some understanding of deviations and contracts that are offered by the Platform and be able to communicate that to our distributor partners for their understanding.
- Working with our distributor partners to see resolution on billback disputes and facilitating those with our partners to ensure payment.
- Reviewing rebate recapture amounts and ensure accuracy from both the distributor and manufacturer to remit payment from the platform to our distributor partners.
- Facilitating preferred distributor deviation requests, updating customer tiers in Salesforce, and reviewing blank tier reports to accurately ensure tier designation. Following up with distributors to ensure customers are ready to utilize deviations.
- Helping to facilitate distributor onboarding including the initial onboarding calls, facilitating & communicating deviations, and auditing distributor inventory files for accuracy. Making sure Data Acquisition and distributor are connected on reporting and escalating to sales when needed.
About you:
- S./B.A. degree in relevant field preferred
- 2 years of related work experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office tools; most importantly Excel, Teams, & Outlook.
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Preferred experience with distribution or food industry
- Highly organized with strong follow-through ability
- Relationship management skills
- Strong time management, ability to set and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High aptitude for working with dynamic information systems
- Readiness to adapt to shifting priorities
- Willingness to learn new databases & systems.
- Ability to organize and deliver information in an understandable manner
