Distribution Team Lead

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing distribution operations? As a Distribution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our distribution department. We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role, possesses a commitment to continuous improvement, and can inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize daily shipments to ensure On Time Delivery each day.
• Execute the Transfer process to move inventories between locations efficiently.
• Evaluate and assign labor resources to optimize efficiency.
• Identify and implement new improvement opportunities.
• Participate in lean/continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure 5S processes are followed.
• Maintain the integrity of inventory accuracy.
• Provide continuous feedback to distribution staff on safety, productivity, and quality.
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Competency with Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information to various audiences.
• Proven ability to multitask and hold others accountable for performance standards.
• Desire for professional growth and taking initiative to improve processes.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
