The DC Supervisor will lead the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily workload of both inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring safety, quality and on time delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Follow all processes and procedures associated with the Tyler Union Safety Management Program.
- Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products and materials.
- Identify appropriate resources, perform daily workload assignments, and make staffing adjustments.
- Develop and share best practices with team members.
- Oversee product shipments to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Motivate and coach fellow team members.
- Be a leader in Continuous Improvement efforts to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
- Ensure the Distribution Center is always maintained in a clean, safe and organized manner.
- Monitor daily and weekly team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Manage Inventory Control reports according to company standards.
- Pick, pack and ship orders, store product, and receive incoming transfer orders and containers.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred.
- At least three (3) years of Supervisory experience in a distribution or manufacturing facility required. Combination of supervisory experience and higher education may substitute.
- At least three (3) years’ experience with inbound and outbound LTL shipments in a medium to high volume distribution or manufacturing facility.
- Prior cycle count management experience and or Physical Inventory procedure experience required.
- Prior experience with an ERP and/or WMS system preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred and/or the ability to pass testing to become a certified forklift driver.
