Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels
- Review finished inventory and product orders
- Secure, fill and ship purchase orders from Customer Service, while managing freezer capacity
- Review daily appointment schedule, verifying scheduled orders, ensuring EDI transmission
- Review EDI report, confirming successful transmission of orders Customer Service
- Communicate with Sales and Customer Service, advising of open orders and/or potential problems
- Reconcile orders with finished bill of ladings, ensuring product lots/quantities
- Reconcile finished shipments of inventory transfer loads
- Verify product code, lot numbers and quantities, making inventory adjustments in Canopy as needed
- Process inbound/outbound loads to dry storage
- Process orders and submit shipping requests to dry storage
- Manage weekly non-palletized lot report updating lot/pallet information
- Maintain, file and box off-site warehouse orders, and transfer orders for storage
- Assist Manager with special projects and related tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent technology skills, with hands-on Excel experience
- Knowledge of Citrix and Canopy systems
- 1+ year(s) Accounting and Customer Service experience
- Regular and predictable attendance
Physical/Environmental Factors:
Typical office setting within warehouse environment:
- Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment
- May encounter frequent interruptions throughout the work day
- Exposure to cold seasonal temperatures
- Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift various weights as needed
