Role Description

The Distiller is extremely important to our day-to day production. This individual will support the distiller in all facets of production. Product quality and integrity is crucial to the long-term success of Good Spirits and this induvial will play a key role in ensuring we meet our strict quality standards. We are looking for an Assistant Distiller to join our growing team on our first shift, which runs from 7:00am - 3:40pm. The ideal candidate is eager to be a part of a fast-past environment where they can grow with the company. Candidates must work harmoniously in a group environment. Strong attention to detail will help you exceed in this role.

Responsibilities

· Perform various functions to support the production and packaging of the company’s liquid products.

· Essential functions include batching and proofing liquids, cleaning, and maintenance of batching equipment, and evaluating liquids and finished goods for quality standards.

· Receive and record incoming liquid deliveries.

· Batch and proof bulk liquids in accordance with established formulas.

· Clean and sanitize tanks and related equipment throughout the batching process.

· Complete necessary testing on all products before shipment to ensure product is within specified standards.

· Manage bulk liquid and ingredient inventory.

· Complete and maintain detailed records regarding production and bottling.

· Formulation of new products.

· Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Education & Experience

· Prior work experience in a warehouse/production facility preferred.

· Successful track record or performance in prior work experience.

· Competitive/team background in some aspect during life e.g., sports, music, debate, theatre, etc.

· Passion for competing to win.

Compensation

Full Time candidates will receive a market-competitive compensation package. Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401k, etc.) or reimbursement for benefits provided. Good Spirits Distilling also offers a fun, interactive working environment. The role to be based in our Olathe, KS office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
