Site Support Clerk
Sequoia Choice – Arizona Distance Learning is an online/home-based charter school looking to fill the Site Support position for our Phoenix Learning Center. Primary responsibilities of the position include processing enrollments, obtaining and maintaining student records, answering telephones, managing equipment and supplies and supporting the learning center functions as needed. The position will be supporting both the functions of our main office as needed at this location, and provide assistance to the learning center including occasionally managing the classroom and stepping in as a substitute when needed. Since the enrollment process is often the first point of contact with our school, candidates for this position should be friendly and comfortable communicating with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis through phone and e-mail conversations. The applicant must have strong computer/technology and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize tasks during the busy seasons. We are looking for a mature, energetic and upbeat individual.
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card must be obtained prior to start date
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with parents, students, and staff on a daily basis

Primary Responsibilities
- Processing enrollments and withdraws
- Obtaining and maintaining student records
- Answering telephones and greeting visitors
- Support other functions of the learning environment as needed.
- Maintain and report attendance as the representative agent for all students
- Order appropriate courses for the students as dictated by the graduation plan
- Attend all meeting and trainings as required
- Proctor state testing
- Keep all technology in working order
- Report technology problems as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with students and parents
- Self-driven; able to set own deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Maintain confidential materials an student information

- Experience in an educational setting preferred
